By accessing or using the website, the customer agrees to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DEFINITIONS<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>SUPPLIER<\/strong>: LA CASA DELL&#8217;ABRASIVO SRL, with registered office in Via della Valletta, 11 &#8211; 25080 Paitone (BS) &#8211; VAT number 00717470983 and Tax Code 03004030171<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>CUSTOMER:<\/strong>Customers are legal persons with a VAT number or individuals with a Tax Code to whom a regular invoice of the transaction will be issued.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Object of the online contract and its definition<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>An online sales contract means the distance contract, i.e. the legal transaction concerning movable goods and\/or services stipulated between a supplier, La casa dell&#8217;abrasivo srl, with registered office in Via della Valletta, 11 &#8211; 25080 Paitone (BS) and a customer as part of a distance selling system organised by the supplier who, for this contract, it uses only the distance communication technology called &#8220;internet&#8221;. All contracts, therefore, will be concluded directly through access by the customer to the website corresponding to the address <strong>www.lacasadellabrasivo.com,<\/strong>where, following the indicated procedures, will conclude the contract for the purchase of the goods.<br \/>The house of the abrasive srl may request at its discretion to the customer a confirmation of the order placed.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Subject of the general conditions<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>These General Conditions have as their object the purchase of products, carried out remotely via telematic network on the site <strong>www.lacasadellabrasivo.com,<\/strong>by legal persons with a VAT number. The commercial relations between the house of the abrasive srl and the Customers are governed by the following general conditions of sale, excluding any other agreement, unless agreed in writing.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Acceptance of the general conditions<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The Customer, by sending the confirmation of his purchase order electronically, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe in his relations with the house of abrasive srl, the general and payment conditions described below.
